15 October 2008:

Yorkshire Life: Perspectives of older people from Black and Minority Ethnic Communities in Yorkshire and the Humber.  10am – 3.30pm.  Venue to be confirmed. 

Presentation of findings of a research project commissioned by Future Years.  There will also be national speakers, and workshops to consider  a range of issues around appropriate and accessible service provision, and drawing together good practice guidelines for policy makers.  More information to follow soon.

4 November 2008:

Yorkshire Speaks Out 

1pm-5pm.  at the Early Music Centre, York.

An event to explore positive policy responses to the needs and aspirations of older Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender people in Yorkshire and the Humber.
